So far, you’ve been hearing from our Service Champions, individuals sharing how they deliver, experience, and think about service in their everyday roles.

But what happens when we widen the lens?

In April 2025, we surveyed 304 Jamaicans and asked them several questions, one of which was:

This was not a nationally representative study, and we’re not drawing sweeping conclusions from it. Our goal was simpler: to understand sentiment.

What people feel. Where they believe service is working. Where there may be pockets of excellence.

Because while we often focus on what’s broken, there are also sectors that are getting it right, even if inconsistently.

And that matters.

The top two service providers chosen: Banks 44 percent, 135 people; Restaurants 22 percent, 66 people

  • What do you think contributes to those positive experiences?

Let’s identify patterns together, learn from what works, as we seek to collectively strengthen our service culture.

Let’s talk.
