LEAD AGENT
Your work becomes someone else’s starting point.
A host-run team simulation, and the online version of the YOUR PLAY section. Players step into one workday as Lead Agents: five things waiting on the desk, seven tools, and people on the other end of all of it. Their AI assistant hands them a plan for the morning — what it got right, what it couldn’t see and what they do about it is theirs to work out. From there every call is the team’s, including how they recover when something goes wrong and it came from their side.

How a session runs
- READ
- Five things are waiting. Read them the way you’d read your own inbox, including the parts that look routine.
- CHECK
- Your AI assistant has made its call. What might it be missing — and now that you know, what changes?
- PRIORITISE
- Order all five. First is only part of it; the rest of the list is where the judgement is.
- TOOL UP
- A task each, seven tools. Pick the one that gets it done and say why.
- RESPOND
- Somebody is blocked until you answer. Write what you would actually send.
- RECOVER
- 10:40 AM. Something has gone wrong, and it came from your side.
Where judgement is involved there is no answer key — teams are scored on their reasoning. It closes on WHO WOULD YOU TURN TO: no points, no winners, just the team telling each other what they noticed, and one page of what they are taking back to work.
